  • Approvals: The Client is responsible for obtaining necessary permits, licenses, or consents for the event.
3. Company Responsibilities
  • Service Delivery: The Company will provide services as outlined in the agreement.
  • Third-Party Vendors: While we collaborate with trusted third-party vendors, we are not responsible for their performance or actions.
  • Force Majeure: The Company is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or government restrictions.
4. Use of Personal Data
  • The Client’s personal data will be collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Limitation of Liability
  • The Company’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the services.
  • The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
6. Dispute Resolution
  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration before resorting to court proceedings.
7. Amendments
  • The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
